On Nov 7th, Rockford announced that they traded pitcher Abbie Sims and infielder Jackie Wong to the Philadelphia Force, in exchange for a draft pick. You may recall that last month Rockford made a 1-for-3 trade, so they had an excess of players.

The Force seem to be trying to replace quality pitching with quantity. Having traded away the rookie of the year, Kristina Thorson, they have now added 3 pitchers (Peaches James, Amy Harre, and Abbie Sims).
