I just got this notice in the mail, addressed to Glory Season Ticket Holders.
It lists the debtors names as Paul and Kathleen Wilson. No company name given, so perhaps it's a personal bankruptcy, rather than a Glory team bankruptcy.
I have no idea what I'm supposed to do next. There is a meeting date given of June 4 in Alexandria, so perhaps I need to attend.
We season-ticket holders are creditors to this debtor. I'm betting we don't get much, if anything, as a result of this filing.
The notice includes a section which is supposed to list the last 4 digits of the debtors SSNs. In fact, it gives the entire 9 digits of each person. I guess a less-scrupulous person could try to sell these numbers on the black market, just to get some of his or her money back.
